The 1911 census shows Arthur Cecil, aged 17, working as a footman/domestic servant for a Canadian widow living at 14 Eaton Square, London. He was one of nine servants.
In 1922 he was living in the Masonic Hall, Epsom (electoral roll). He was living there until 1939 when he moved to Oakhill Road, Epsom, Surrey.
He died in Surrey in December, 1970.
I was unable to find any military record for him.
